In quiet small street a retail shop was altered by us to a residential floor. Here it feels as if one has landed in the sitting room of a cool flat share of friends. An ideal place for the people who have grown out of the uncomfortable company sofas of her friends, but do not arise enough to endure the dreariness of desolate middle class hotels. The Low budget is ideal for small groups, but also individuals, pairs, friends, just for everything, they do not avoid the contact with other.
- Four small, simple and functional bedrooms for 1-2 persons.

A sleeping sofa [1.40 x 2.00] m is still available in the living area.
(use only with closed groups possibly!)
- A big kitchen-living room as a communal area of 30 m² with a well equipped culinary line, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine and dryer.

A comfortable sofa, upholstered windowsills with thick cushions [to sit, read and look out],
a television, DVD player, books and magazines.

In nice weather one finds a little place in our court garden.
Here friends of the tobacco pleasure can also realize their passion.
- A bath with toilet, a shower-bath and a separate toilet stand at your possession.
- Free Internet access via WLAN.

A base breakfast to the selfpreparation consisting of coffee, tea, milk, muesli and apples,
bread rolls to crisp up and jam can be booked in addition [EUR 3.00 per person]. - Washer and dryer [EUR 5.00 per washing].
