Note:

The customer is liable to pay
50% of the agreed contract price in case of a cancellation up to 5 days
before his day of arrival as contracted,
80% of the agreed contract price in case of a cancellation up to 3 days
before his day of arrival as contracted
90% of the agreed contract price in case of a cancellation on the day
of arrival as contracted.

The customer can proof freely if the damage accrued is none, less, or even
higher than the lump-sum asked for.

A reservation becomes binding only by our confirmation!
