Is it possible to arrive late?

Yes, by arrangement.

Do we have private parking?

How do I get my key to my guestrooms / apartment?

We have key cabinets in the entrance area. After your payment, we provide the key code via SMS or email. For this we need your mobile phone number or call us latest one day before arrival.

Where can I leave my key at checkout?

Please always leave your keys in the guest room or the apartment at departure, clearly visible on the table!

How can I find the address of my guest room / guest apartment?

On our home page and on your confirmation / invoice you will find the address of the guest houses and guest apartments.

Where can I find the Wi-Fi code?

In all our rooms and apartments you will find guests informations – there you will find the Wi-Fi code.

What do I do if I lose a key?

Please notify us immediately.

Do we have sheets and towels?

We always provide fresh bed linen and towels, which are of course inclusive.

May we use coffee, tea and spices in the kitchen of the inn?

Yes, coffee tea and spices may be used free of charge.

How can I find directions?

Just enter your address and the destination address in Google Maps.

I can not perceive the booking and can not arrive. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately. Our cancellation policy can be found on the homepage.

Is it allowed to smoke in the guest rooms or apartments?

No, not even at the window. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
