In the case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the guest is obliged to pay the following fees for the entire booking period:

Rooms:

  • 50% for cancellations up to 7 days before the agreed day of arrival
  • 80% for cancellations up to 3 days before the agreed day of arrival
  • 100% on cancellation on the agreed arrival day.

No show 100%

Apartments:

After our confirmation, a free cancellation is only possible within the first 7 days after our confirmation.

After that we will charge 50% of the agreed rental price in case of cancellations, unless we can generate adequate bookings for the same period. These will then be offset and refunded after the booking period. A processing fee of € 50.00 will be charged in any case.

This also applies to exclusively booked guest houses 1 & 2 for single use!


The customer is free to prove that no damage has occurred or the damage incurred by the guest house is lower than the required lump sum.

Information about the length of your bookings:

Since we only have a small, privately managed amount of apartments and rooms, we allow us to reject booking inquiries that lie further in the future and include less than 7 days. Please understand that we are dependent on longer-term stays of our guests and would like to make these available to our guests. But last but not least: questions cost nothing!
